The Ozarks Club rules: how we keep TOC relaxed and safe
A few clear rules keep our Chueca club friendly, discreet and easy-going. Every member accepts them before the first visit.
18+ with valid ID
Bring your passport or national ID every time. Without it we cannot let you in.
Members and their registered guests
Membership belongs to you only. It is not transferable and cannot be shared.
Consume inside, never on the street
Cannabis stays in the club. Using or carrying it in public in Madrid can lead to a fine, so keep it inside.
A private association, not a shop
TOC is a non-profit members’ association. There are no public sales, no price lists and no deals outside the club.
Be a good neighbour in Chueca
Come and go quietly, do not wait at the door and keep the street calm. Chueca is our home too.
Take it easy
Never drive after consuming. Go at your own pace, drink water and nobody will push you to consume more.
Keep it private
No photos or videos of other members and never share the club address with anyone.
No second chances
Reselling, bringing minors, aggressive behaviour or ignoring these rules means immediate loss of membership.
These rules are part of the TOC membership agreement and are not legal advice. Laws and their interpretation can change, so always check the current rules in Spain.
